What is the Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique teaches you how to undo bad habits in your body that slow you down and cause you pain. You learn to become conscious of unnecessary tension in your body and find new, healthier ways of moving through life. In your lessons the teacher gives you tools to be independent and responsible for your own health.
